About this Recipe

A really hot and spicy chicken dish.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 Chicken leg pieces (Large)
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 4 tbsp Nandos Peri peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch of chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Oregano1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
How to cook?
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces again with Nando’s peri peri sauce, and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Brush the oil on the chicken. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes.
  4. Brush butter on the chicken, add the chopped coriander, oregano and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
