- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Marinate the chicken pieces again with Nando’s peri peri sauce, and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Brush the oil on the chicken. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes.
- Brush butter on the chicken, add the chopped coriander, oregano and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
