  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 gm Cheese parmesaan
  • 3 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 tsp Origano 1 Tsp origano
  • 7 tsp Refined Flour
  • 8 tsp Corn Flour
  • 9 gm Bread Crumbs
  • 10 leaves Mint
  • 11 gm Butter
  • 12 bowl Olive Oil leonardo
  • 13 tsp Jeera
  • 14 Bay Leaf
  • 15 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 16 tsp Gingerchopped 1 Tsp gingerchopped
  • 17 Tomatochopped 4 tomatochopped
  • 18 tsp Tomato Puree
  • 19 tsp Turmeric Powder or methi kasoori methi
  • 20 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 21 Capsicum chopped
  • 22 tsp Garam Masala
  • 23 ml Cream
  • 24 tsp White Pepper or honey honey
  • 25 tsp Honey
  • 26 tsp Red Chillies


  • First of all peel the egg plant now cut the middle part in big rectangle pieces shape. Seasoned the egg plant with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Now make a better with refined flour, corn flour, oregano, and water. After than take bread crumbs add fresh mint leaves in this. Cut cheese equal to egg plant pieces shaped.
  • First of take two pieces of seasoned egg plant and keep the cheese piece in between .Now dip these pieces in t better after than cover with bread crumbs .put these pieces aside.
  • For makhani gravy take a pan add 2 tsp butter and 1 tsp oil now add bay leaf, black pepper, clove, fennel seed, now add chopped onion after than add ginger and garlic sauté it .
  • After than add tomato and capsicum now add cashew nut mix all of these add some water cooked it for few min now add honey after then cool it and, now remove the bay leaf and make a fine puree and after then strain.
  • Now take a pan add oil for frying egg plant pieces. On other side take a pan add butter after than add chopped garlic now add makhani puree now add salt, white pepper, pinch of turmeric powder, jeera powder, garam masala, cook it for 2-3 min .
  • Now add cream and crushed kasoori methi. Now fry the pieces of egg plant. Now serve the eggplant pieces with yummy and tasty makhani gravy.
