Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Wheat flour - remove 2 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1.25 tsp Baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder - + 1 tbsp more
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter - melted
  • 75 gm Walnuts - chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
  • 1 cup Sugar - + 2 tbsp more

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven @ 170 degrees. Grease and dust with flour a 7 x 11 inches rectangular pan.
  • Sieve dry ingredients other than sugar 4 to 5 times. In a mixing bowl beat sugar and curd. To this add oil butter vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients in parts and mix.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle walnuts on the top and bake it for 25 to 29 mins, check with a skewer by inserting it in the center, it should comes out clean.
