Eggless Wheat Walnuts Brownie

Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat flour remove 2 tbsp of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Milk powder
- 1.25 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder + 1 tbsp more
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 75 gm Walnuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 cup Sugar + 2 tbsp more

Instructions
- Preheat oven @ 170 degrees. Grease and dust with flour a 7 x 11 inches rectangular pan.
- Sieve dry ingredients other than sugar 4 to 5 times. In a mixing bowl beat sugar and curd. To this add oil butter vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients in parts and mix.
- Add the chopped walnuts and mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle walnuts on the top and bake it for 25 to 29 mins, check with a skewer by inserting it in the center, it should comes out clean.

I’m the receipe …when do we add the coca cola….can we skip it completely
Thankyou very much. You can use club soda or you can skip coco cola. But with Coca-Cola the texture is great
Love this recipe but one question are you putting coco-cola cold drink as I have never heard of it.
