Ingredients
- 2 cup whole wheat flour remove 2 tbsp of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Milk powder
- 1.25 tsp Baking powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder + 1 tbsp more
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 75 gm Walnuts chopped
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 cup Sugar + 2 tbsp more

Instructions
- Preheat oven @ 170 degrees. Grease and dust with flour a 7 x 11 inches rectangular pan.
- Sieve dry ingredients other than sugar 4 to 5 times. In a mixing bowl beat sugar and curd. To this add oil butter vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients in parts and mix.
- Add the chopped walnuts and mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle walnuts on the top and bake it for 25 to 29 mins, check with a skewer by inserting it in the center, it should comes out clean.

Thankyou very much. You can use club soda or you can skip coco cola. But with Coca-Cola the texture is great
