Eggless Paneer Tiramisu

Ingredients
- Chocolate cake slices -4
- Powdered sugar -4tbsps or to taste
- Crumbled homemade paneer1 cup
- Instant coffe powder-3/4 tsp
- Whipped cream -1/4 cup
- Coco powder-1tsp
- Silver balls and white chocolate leaves to garnish

Instructions
- For coffee decoction, -Heat half cup of water in a pan. Add instant coffee powder and mix. Set aside to cool.
- Add the crumbled paneer to sugar and beat with hand blender well. Fold in the whipped cream. Place the base slice of the cake in a serving bowl or glass.
- Pour some of the coffee decoction over it and let it soak well. Spread some of the paneer -cream mixture all over it. Soak the remaining cake slices in the remaining coffee decoction.
- Place another cake slice over the one in the bowl or glass . Spread some of the paneer-cream mixture all over it. Put the coco powder in a small sieve and sprinkle it all over the top of the tiramisu.
- Similarly prepare another bowl or glass . Keep it in the refrigerator to set for 3hours. Garnish with Silver balls and white chocolate leaves. Serve chilled.
Notes
cool at least for 2-3 hours before serving.
