About this Recipe

It's a very healthy cake recipe . As I have used multigrain flour instead of all purpose flour . It's very good for kids as well as for us too .

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 cups multigrain flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cream / ghar ki malai
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • One and half cup lukewarm warm milk
  • 1 &1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Half cup coco powder
  • Some chopped almonds for garnishing

How to cook?
  1. First beat cream / malai and powdered sugar until it becomes soft and fluffy . Now add multigrain flour and milk powder. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 100 degree .
  3. Now add lukewarm warm milk and cocoa powder to the mix .mix all ingredients well. Now add baking soda and baking powder to the mix . Mix gently .
  4. Pour this mix into a greased tin . Sprinkle chopped almonds on top . Put this into the oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 180 degree . When cake leaves the sides of the pan . Take it out from oven . Multigrain chocolate cake is ready
