Well, this is one of the easiest, quickest, On-the-go breakfast recipe which is very simple and healthy. Eating fruits would be so boring, so as a mother of 2 years Old, I have to keep innovating my recipes in a way that can nurture her along she should find it tasty as well. I believe mothers are more of a scientist in the kitchen than a Chef. A mother can balance the nutrition for their kids in each and every staple to provide a complete balanced food. That's why I proud being a Woman and want to give the same upbringing to my daughter.

Ingredients
- Custard powder 2 teaspoon
- sugar 2 teaspoon
- milk half cup
- pinch of cinnamon
- Coconut powder optional
- Milk powder 1 tablespoon
- Bread Slices 2
- Fresh fruits as per choice
- butter 2 tsp

Instructions
- Take a bowl, Put custard powder,sugar,cinnamon,milk powder and mix all the dry ingredients well Now pour the milk and wrisk to avoid lumps.
- Take a Non Stick pan , brush some butter. Now Take the bread Slice,coat it with the custard mix and place it into the pan.
- Cook well from both sides until nice and brown. Serve with fresh fruits & drizzle some honey or maple syrup on the top.
