Ingredients
- Flour 140gms
- Butter-120gms
- Condensed milk-200ml
- Baking soda-1/2tsp
- Baking pd-1/2tsp
- Cocoa pd- 20gms
- Milk-100ml
- Varsha essence-1tsp

Instructions
- Mix the flour ,cocoa pd, baking soda, baking pd.
- In another bowl cream the butter , and condensed milk
- Fold in thw flour mixture. Add the milk
- Pour the batter in a greased linned tin
- Bake for 40mins at 160deg
Notes
- For vanilla cupcake remove the vocoa pd, and reduce milk 25ml
