Cafe mocha cupcakes with chocolate ganache icing it's so tasty and yummy. It's made of whole wheat flour and oil.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour 1 3 /4 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Coco powder 3/4 cup
- Baking soda 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Butter milk 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Instant coffee powder 1/2 Tablespoon
- Hot water 1 cup
- For Chocolate ganache
- Cream 1cup
- Dark chocolate 2 cups
- Butter 1 table spoon

Instructions
- Preheat oven @180 for 10 minutes. Line cupcake molds in cupcakes pan.
- Seive wheat flour along with coco powder baking powder, baking soda, salt,powdered sugar for 7 to 8 times.
- Heat instant coffee powder along with water and let it boil.
- Mix all the wet ingredients except coffee concoction.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly then add hot coffee concoction and mix gently don't over mix.
- Pour the liquidy batter into lined cupcake molds. Bake @180 for 25 min till toothpick inserted in centre of cupcakes comes out clean. Let them cool.
- For Chocolate ganache
- Boil cream and it to chocolate pieces then add butter. Mix well till chocolate melts totally. Cling wrap the bowl and leave it on kitchen counter for 3 hours.
- Put ganache mix in piping bag fixed with a nozzle you desire.
- Decorate the cupcakes. Tasty cafe mocha cupcakes are ready
Notes
You can have plain cafe mocha cupcakes with out icing also.
With chocolate glaze icing also they are tasty.
