Ingredients
  

  • For the stuffing :
  • Sliced onion - 1
  • Chopped cucumber - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • Kasundi - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt
  • For outer covering :
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Refined oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Eggs - 3

Instructions
 

  • Knead a soft dough using the maida, salt, refined oil and salt. rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Now make a mixture of the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing".
  • Now make a little thick rotis out of the dough and roast them on a tawa and keep aside.
  • Whisk the eggs with little salt.
  • Take a pan, heat some oil on it, put little egg mix.Put the roasted roti on it and fry on both sides and cook till egg is done.
  • Put the stuffing mixture in it and roll to serve.
