Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Refined Flour or chapati for chapati
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Milk as required
  • 6 no Stuffing or egg ingredients for egg
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg in a large bowl, Now add milk and again whip well. Now mix all spices and ingredients instead of oil.
  • Spread the mixture on chapati and fry it one side then flip the chapati the again spread 1 tbsp mixture and roast golden . now roll them.
  • Heat the oil in a another pan and fry the roll till crisp and golden, Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
