Ingredients for Egg Roll

  • for chapati -----2 cup refined flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • milk as required
  • ingredients for stuffing --6 no egg
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • oil

How to cook Egg Roll

  1. Beat the egg in a large bowl, Now add milk and again whip well. Now mix all spices and ingredients instead of oil.
  2. Spread the mixture on chapati and fry it one side then flip the chapati the again spread 1 tbsp mixture and roast golden . now roll them.
  3. Heat the oil in a another pan and fry the roll till crisp and golden, Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
