Egg Ball or Egg Appe is my innovation which reflects being a true mommy. It's just a two ingredient recipe which was made in just 5 minutes and I accept that challenge that your kid would not say no to this. Egg Ball is fast and easy because I made this recipe in 5 minutes, Took 1 minutes to style the plate and another 1 minutes to click the picture before I could serve it to my daughter who was anxiously waiting for my food photography to get over. She loved it and ate all the 5 balls which I made it. I feel so innovative and awesome when I created this snack which is not only healthy but also quick and tasty.

Ingredients
- Egg 1
- Cottage Cheese 50 grams
- Salt
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Break the Egg and crumble the cottage cheese in it.
- Whisk the mixture for 1 minutes so that egg yolk and cheese mix nicely.
- Add salt. Heat the Appe Pan with just a few drops of oil. And pour this mixture.
- Turn them after 1 minutes and let it cook for another 1 minute. This quantity will make 5 Egg Balls
Notes
Appe Pan is a traditional Indian pan which is used to make Appe in the state of Gujarat and paniyaram in Tamil. It is an alternative to deep frying. It is a must have Pan in your Kitchen, if you have kids and you are running to feed them healthy.
