Your kids are getting bore with same breakfast. Here I made an easy and healthy Uttapam. We need less ingredients, zero spices and zero oil. I have not added any spices. In starting I just gave oil brush on the griddle after then I didn’t use any oil. At last finally I sprinkle with pinch of moringa masala. If you don’t have you can omit, just sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.
