Ingredients
  

  • Corainder seeds 2 tb spoon
  • Cummin seeds 1/2 tb spoon
  • Garlic pearls 10
  • Ginger 2 inch piece
  • Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tea spoons For colour and Ordinary red chilli powder 3 tea spoons
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Vinegar 1 tb spoon
  • Refined Oil 3 tb spoons
  • Kasuri Mehthi 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.

Instructions
 

  • First powder the coriander seeds and cumin seeds to a fine powder. Then Add the remaining items mentioned above except last four items  and ground to fine paste with little water. 
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add oil. Add the paste and stir well in medium flame. Add lemon juice, vinegar and keep stirring. Add 2 table spoon of water to make a thin paste. Cook it till the oil separates. Leave to cool before spooning to air tight jars.  _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_
