Homemade granola is such an easy and satisfying thing to add to your kitchen arsenal. It only take a few minutes to whip up a batch and then you have wonderful tasting granola to eat every morning for breakfast for weeks! In fact, one of our breakfast staples is homemade granola and homemade yogurt. It is also a great easy homemade gift! I love to give it out during the holidays in a mason jar with a cute ribbon.

Notes

Granola is a very personal thing… Please take the liberty of exchanging ingredients and adding your own to make your own variation.
Some suggestions are coconut flakes, chocolate chips (add this after the granola has cooled), olive oil instead of coconut oil, peanut butter, dried fruit (mix in right before storing), pumpkin seeds… The ingredients are only bound by your own imagination.
