  • 1 bowl chopped veggies
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for shallow fry


  • Just bring out some vegetables, chop them as you like. Cook the chopped vegetables adding with salt and simple masala whatever you like.

  • Make a smooth batter with whole wheat flour and just pour on frying pan. Flip to back then fill with cooked veggies and serve.
