Double Chocolate Mud Cake

Ingredients
- 3 egg
- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 100 gm butter
- 10 gm white oil
- nescafe 5 gm
- 1 teasp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder.
Instructions
- mix 40 gm butter with caster sugar well.
- now add eggs one by one and beat well.then add baking powder with maida and blend well.then add cocoa powder,instant cafe, 40 gm dark chocolate and blend well.brush a little oil in the mould & pour the mixture in a cake mould.
- preheat oven for 10 mins.bake the cake for 35 mins.let it cool down for 20 mins
- make chocolate ganache with remaining chocolate & butter.just mix them well. Now coat entire cake with this ganache and keep in a freeze for at least 20 mins.
- slice up a big piece and serve.
