Another Market-Fast Food that I had to nail and healthify too ๐Ÿ˜‰ Dominoes Garlic Bread is hugely popular in my family so I went and gave it a try with atta , just to find that There was no noticeable change in taste and texture. Trust me, if you don't tell them...The kids will never know...!!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cup Atta
  • 1 cup Water or milk milk mixed
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Seasonings oregano, pizza toppings as per taste, or thyme like thyme
  • 2-4 tbsp Garlic or butter amul herbed butter
  • to tbsp Milk give wash
  • 40 gm Amul Cheese grated
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take ยผ cup water,milk & sugar . Heat to lukewarm. Add yeast. Keep undisturbed for 15 minutes. it will bloom.
  • Take whole wheat flour , salt in a big plate. Add The yeast, rest of milk + water and oil. Knead for 15 minutes.
  • Keep in an oiled bowl with lid on till it doubles. Punch it down and roll to make balls. Ready a baking tray by lining with Aluminum foil.
  • Spread thin layer of butter and all seasonings too. Roll into balls into rotis. Place on the tray . Apply garlic butter all over.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese, Oregano, thyme and Pizza seasonings. Fold into a semi circle and seal the edges by pressing.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on top as well. Keep for rising for about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, preheat the oven.at 200 degrees with both the rods on.
  • Give a milk wash all over the bread. Using a sharp knife give deep cuts, as shown in the final pic. Bake for 10-12 minutes till top turns golden brown too. Remove and again brush melted butter or oil all over to get shine.

Go in for whatever stuffings you fancy…Be it paneer burji, Tandoori paneer/ chicken, mushrooms , olives…!! There’s no limit to mix and match here…!”
