Ingredients
- 2 cup Vermicelli or semolina, or sooji made semolina sooji
- small florets Brocoli Small Florets 4-5 brocoli
- 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp Bell Peppers green yellow red chopped
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 8 leaves Curry
- 2 tbsp Onion finally chopped
- 1/4 tsp Ginger finally chopped
- Green Chillies finally chopped as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Mustard seed powder kali sarson
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper ground optional
- 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped

Instructions
- Heat a wok. Dry roast mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once nice aroma comes out add peanuts & roast it. Now add all the vegetables,onion,tomatoes,ginger,chili along with some salt. Cook covered on a slow flame for 5-6 min.Stir in between.
- The vegetables will cook in there own water.If the vermicelli is not pre roasted then roast it in a separate pan.Mix this roasted vermicelli with vegetables add a cup of water.Adjust salt. Add ground black pepper. Cook covered for 4-5 min.serve hot.
Recipe Notes
- All vegetables will cook in their own water however if u see it sticking to the base of the wok add little water.

Interesting recipe with Zero oil. Because most of my recipes which are cooked over the stove will always contain oil. Thanks for sharing.
