Ingredients for Dhakai Fish Fry (bangladeshi)

  • 500 gms boneless fish
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 4 tsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 4 tsp roasted bengal gram flour
  • 4 tsp rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required for deep fry
  • 4 tsp curd

How to cook Dhakai Fish Fry (bangladeshi)

  1. Wash thoroughly fish cubes. Marinate with red chilli powder, salt, curd, coriander seeds, cumin powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Keep for 10 minutes. Now add roasted bengal gram flour and rice powder.
  3. Deep fry and serve
