Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 7 Cloves
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tomatoes
- 6 Cashews
- Salt to taste
- Potatoes Sauteed
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Baby Potatoes Boiled
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Green Chilies
- 3 Dry Red Chilies
- 1/3 cup Yogurt Curd
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 cup Water
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds Kasoori Methi

Instructions
- In a kadai, add a tsp of oil along with cumin seeds
- Once they splutter, add prepared masala paste and fry for 5-6 minutes
- Now add spices like chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to taste
- Continue to fry till oil separates
- Turn the flame to low and add curd. give a good mix.
- Add 1 cup of water or as required to adjust the consistency.
- Finally, add fried aloos and cook for 20 min.
- Lastly add some crushed kasuri methi
- Serve dum aloo hot with rice, chapati or naan.
