Detox Drink For Weight Loss

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- few mint leaves
- Rock salt as needed
- ½ inch ginger grated
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- Cut rounds of cucumber and lemon.
- Grate the ginger
- In a glass jar take the water.
- Add in all ingredients and let soak overnight.
- Have a glass first thing in the morning.
- Have it 2 to 3 times in a day
- Season with salt as per your taste.
- Prepare fresh batch daily.
