Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm Mushrooms washed and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Onion chopped

Instructions
 

Mixing Process:

  • Take a kadhai and add three tablespoons of oil
  • Add one teaspoon of chili powder
  • Add half a teaspoon of garam masala
  • Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder And one and a half teaspoons of salt and mix them thoroughly
  • Then add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix once again.
  • Now add chopped onions, green chilies and mushrooms (Washed and chopped) and mix them thoroughly with all the added spices.

Cooking Process:-

  • Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame. Keep the kadhai and close the lid.
  • Keep stirring during intervals
  • Cook for about 15-20minutes
  • Add one tablespoon of yogurt and mix it
  • Close the lid for about 5 minutes

Mushroom Fried Rice Preparation

  • Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame keep the pan
  • Add three tablespoons of oil
  • Then add cashews, and fry until light golden brown
  • Then add the mushroom curry and mix it well with the cashew nuts
  • Add one tablespoon of ghee (Optional)
  • Add the white rice and mix well.
  • Add salt if required.
  • Mushroom Fried Rice is ready to serve
