Instructions

  • Seive all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. Keep them aside.
  • Take butter in a bowl and beat until it turns fluffy.
  • Add sugar and milkmaid to the bowl and beat again. If using milkmaid then add sugar wisely else the cake will be too sweet.
  • Melt the chocolate in double boiler.
  • Add chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture, incorporate it. Make a nice batter.
  • Now add dry ingredients to the batter and beat them well. Add milk to bring the pouring consistency.
  • Now take a pressure cooker and remove the whistle. Spread the salt in the base of the cooker and place a stand preferably iron stand in the cooker.
  • Put on the lid, place the cooker on the stove and turn the flame on for pre-heat purpose at least for 5 minutes.
  • Grease the aluminium baking dish and pour the batter into the dish.
  • Now place the baking dish into the cooker carefully.
  • Close the lid, sim the gas and let the cake bake for 25 minutes. Don't change the flame in between the process.
  • After 25 minutes check whether it's completely baked or not by inserting the edge of the knife.

Recipe Notes

You can bake it in the oven as well at 180 degree celcius.
