Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 250 gms Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp flour - all purpose or part wholewheat
- 6 inch pie crust homemade
- 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together and whisk well. Add milk slowly as you keep mixing.
- Whisk sugar and flour into chocolate mixture.
- Add the ACV and vanilla essence as you continue to whisk.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking just until it mixes well after each addition.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
