About Dalna With Chana Dal
Dalna with chana dal
Are you searching for less oil recipe or oil free recipe. Normally we think that without oil it is difficult to cook tasty recipe. Here I used banana leaves to avoid the oil brush and it will not stick. I soaked chana dal overnight then boiled with adding bay leaves, black cardamom and salt. Then heat to reduce the moisture. I used very little oil to make the gravy. After making the gravy put off the flame then dip the dal pieces. Don't boil again otherwise it may break the shape and dissolve. Now let's follow the recipe.
