Dal Salad In Bread Cups
Ingredients
- 3 slice Brown Bread
- 1 Aloo boil
- 1/2 cup Moong Dal to make dry/churi dal ã soaked
- 1/2 cup Curd ã beaten
- Pinch Black Salt
- Pinch Jeera Powder
- Pinch Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp Nylon Sev

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes._x000D_ Boil ½ Cup moong dal in ½ cup water till cooked._x000D_ Add salt, red chilli Powder while boiling the dal._x000D_ Keep aside to cool completely._x000D_ Moisten the slices and roll flat._x000D_ Put in cupcakes moulds.
- Bake for 10 minutes till crunchy._x000D_ Add up potatoes pieces, Dal, onion, tomato pieces together._x000D_ Season with salt._x000D_ Add salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder to beaten curd._x000D_ Add this mixture into the bread katoris._x000D_ Put one tablespoon curd on top._x000D_ Garn
