Dal ghost Ingredients: Mutton-1 kg Toor Dal-2 cup Bengal gram-1 cup Onion-3 nos big Tomato-4 nos Green chilly-6 nos Coriander leaves-a handful Curry leaves-8 to 10 nos Lemon juices-3 tbsp Garlic-6 nos Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp Chilly powder-3 tbsp
Method pressure the cooker with Toor Dal,Bengal gram,2 onion,garlic,tomatoes and add 2 cups of water cook for 2-3 whistles.
once its done open the lid and mashed the Dal lightly
heat oil in a cooker add onion,cumin seeds ,curry leaves,mustard seeds ,dry red chilly,bay leaves till the onion become brown,add ginger garlic paste fry well.
add mutton ,chilly powder,turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt, mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes till the oil leaves from sides.
add mashed Dal,coriander leaves,green chilly,lemon juice.mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add water as reqd.
close the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
Serve with jeera rice or ghee rice.
