Dahi wale aloo !! One day i came back from a holiday trip and i found nothing in my fridge as i opened my fridge and found a bowl of curd with few green chilies and some 'Aloos' in the kitchen,so i tried my hands on this quickest,
simplest and yummiest recipe. I am sure its going to be your choice also, when you are not going to find anything special in your kitchen.

Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes - 4 to 5 (medium sized
- Curd - 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped
- Coriander leaves optional
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Mango powder - 1 tsp optional
- Salt

- Take potatoes peel them and cut them into small pieces and you can mash them little bit.keep aside Then take a wok add 2 tsp oil add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it.Let it crackle.
- Add green chilies and potatoes in it. Stir the potatoes and add salt,chili powder,coriander powder,mango powder and mix it well. Now take the curd whisk it properly and add it into the wok.
- Stir it continuously add little water (not much). Then stir it for 2 minutes not more than that otherwise the curd can curdle. Switch off the flame and garnish it with green coriander leaves.
- Enjoy it with Jeera Rice or Paranthas
