Ingredients
- Hung curd
- Red chilli powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cottage cheese
- Coriander powder
- Chopped onions
- Chopped bell peppers
- Garam masala
- Bread crumbs
- Semolina
- Crushed oats
- Lemon juice

Instructions
- To make hung curd, take some curd in a cheesecloth and tie a knot. Put the cloth on a metal sieve. Place a bowl beneath the sieve and put all of this in the refrigerator overnight.
- Crumble the cottage cheese. Mix hung curd , cottage cheese, chopped vegetables, and dry spices in a bowl. Add in oats and breadcrumbs to bind the mixture.
- Make small kebabs and coat in semolina. Roast in a non stick pan with little oil till crisp on both the sides.
Notes
To make oats powder, grind regular oats in the blender to make a powder. It acts as an excellent binder.
To make breadcrumbs, grind bread in the blender to make a powder and use as required. You can even make a batch of breadcrumbs and store in the refrigerator for upto 2 weeks and use as and when required.
