  • wheat flour 2/1/2 cup
  • chana dal 1/1/2 cup soaked
  • green chili chopped 4 no
  • salt to taste
  • astofida 1 tsp
  • chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • red chili powder 2 tsp
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • garlic 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
How to cook?
  1. Knead the soft dough with 1 tsp salt and water.

  3. Make a paste with Dal ,salt,astofida,green chili , add coriander leaves.

  5. Divide the dough into equal small portion and roll out the small poories, stuff with mixture and seal it .

  8. Cook them for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
