I am in love with this recipe. I am exploring all the fruits this season and so brought dragon fruit and custard apple from the market.
This recipe is going to win your hearts as its so moist and has a heavenly taste. This is not for calorie counting people but yes you can always indulge sometimes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Refined flour (all purpose flour)
- 1 Cup Castor Sugar (you can also fine ground the normal sugar)
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 50 gm Butter (melted)
- 25 gm Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Dragon Fruit (pitaya (scooped out and make the pulp using your hands))
- 1 Custard Apple (seeds removed and pulped)
- 150 ml For This Quantity Pulp Should Not Be More Than 150 Ml Otherwise It Would Become Soggy. (for this quantity pulp should not be more than otherwise it would become soggy)

Instructions
- Check the pulp of custard apple.
- Sieve Maida so that there are no lumps .Add Castor Sugar and desiccated coconut.
- Add eggs,Vanilla extract, melted butter and oil. Mix well
- Add Pulp, Milk and keep mixing it with the spatula.
- Preheat the Oven at 190 Degree celcius
- Prepare the baking dish by applying oil on the sides and base.
- Pour the mixture and bake it for and 1 hour and 15 minutes.
