  • 1 leaves Curry
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Green Chilliest-4-5 green chilliest
  • 1 tsp Tamrid -1 Tsp tamrid
  • Haldi1/4Tsp haldi1/4tsp
  • Oil1Tlbs oil1tlbs
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • For Tenmpering for tenmpering
  • Mustered Seeds1Tsp mustered seeds1tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Utd Dal-1/2Tsp utd dal
  • Oil


  • Wash and keep the curry leaves aside.In a pan,heat oil and saute the onions,chillies and garlic cloves till onions turn transparent. Then add curry leaves,turmeric powder,salt and tamarind.Saute till curry leaves shrink and leaves a nice aroma.
  • Switch off the flame.Let it cool.Then grind it to a smooth paste adding required water. Heat oil in a pan add mustered seeds when cracked add urd dal.pour on chutney and mix.
