Ingredients
- 1 leaves Curry
- 1 chopped Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 Green Chilliest-4-5 green chilliest
- 1 tsp Tamrid -1 Tsp tamrid
- Haldi1/4Tsp haldi1/4tsp
- Oil1Tlbs oil1tlbs
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- For Tenmpering for tenmpering
- Mustered Seeds1Tsp mustered seeds1tsp
- 1/2 tsp Utd Dal-1/2Tsp utd dal

Instructions
- Wash and keep the curry leaves aside.In a pan,heat oil and saute the onions,chillies and garlic cloves till onions turn transparent. Then add curry leaves,turmeric powder,salt and tamarind.Saute till curry leaves shrink and leaves a nice aroma.
- Switch off the flame.Let it cool.Then grind it to a smooth paste adding required water. Heat oil in a pan add mustered seeds when cracked add urd dal.pour on chutney and mix.
