Curd Gulabjamun
Ingredients
- 1 kg Curd
- 150 gm All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil for frying
- Syrup for
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1-2 strands Saffron

Instructions
- Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours then we get hung curd.
- Add all purpose flour and baking powder in the hung curd and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gulab jamun.
- Heat sugar and water in a pan and boil till two stir consistency.
- Add saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix well
- Add the fried gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.
- After two hours serve.
