  • 1 kg Curd
  • 150 gm All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Syrup for
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1-2 strands Saffron


  • Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours then we get hung curd.
  • Add all purpose flour and baking powder in the hung curd and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gulab jamun.
  • Heat sugar and water in a pan and boil till two stir consistency.
  • Add saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix well
  • Add the fried gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.
  • After two hours serve.
