- palak leaves 8-10
- gm flour 1/4 cup
- salt to taste
- curd 2 tbsp
- pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- crispy salty boondis 1 tbsp
- red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- make free flowing batter of gram flour by adding water and salt.
- Deep fry/shallow fry the palak leaves after dipping them in batter.
- In serving plate, place some palak fried leaves. top it with curd, pomegranate seeds, boondi and chilli powder.
