  • 8 leaves Palak
  • 1/4 gm Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Boondi crispy salty boondis
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • make free flowing batter of gram flour by adding water and salt.
  • Deep fry/shallow fry the palak leaves after dipping them in batter.
  • In serving plate, place some palak fried leaves. top it with curd, pomegranate seeds, boondi and chilli powder.
