Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Bajra Flour pearl millet
- 1/2 teaspoon Soya dill leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds ajwain
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed zeera
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds til
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Asafetida hing
- 3/4 cup Curd
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions
- Take 1 and half cup of bajra, Add 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Ajwain, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, Dill leaves, 2tsp curd, combine everything well
- Gradually add water to prepare batter. Prepare the batter.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger. Allow it to rest for 5 mins
- Add 2 pinch of baking soda
- Heat a non stick pan & Grease it with oil
- Add sesame seeds at base of the pan
- Add 1 laddle full of bajra batter to the pan
- Let it cook. Sprinkle sesame seeds, flip and cook the other side as well.
