Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Bajra Flour pearl millet
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soya dill leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds ajwain
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed zeera
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds til
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion chopped
  • 1 pinch Asafetida hing
  • 3/4 cup Curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 and half cup of bajra, Add 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Ajwain, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, Dill leaves, 2tsp curd, combine everything well
  • Gradually add water to prepare batter. Prepare the batter.
  • Add chopped garlic and ginger. Allow it to rest for 5 mins
  • Add 2 pinch of baking soda
  • Heat a non stick pan & Grease it with oil
  • Add sesame seeds at base of the pan
  • Add 1 laddle full of bajra batter to the pan
  • Let it cook. Sprinkle sesame seeds, flip and cook the other side as well.
