Everyone loves a cracker n dip. The difference is in the dip on most occasions. This is a healthy yogurt based dip on a simple salt cracker

Yield / Serves
Greek Yogurt - 100ml
Finely chopped onions - 2 tablespoons
Oregano/thyme/rosemary/Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon
Ground pepper - 1 teaspoon
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste
Curved parley - 2 tablespoons
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except parsley and the cracker. Once mixed, place this in the refrigerator.
Place the crackers on a serving plate and add a small quantity of this dip on the cracker.
Garnish with parsley and grind some more pepper n herbs on top.
The tip is not to add the dip on the cracker too early before serving. This helps retain the crunchy bite of the cracker.
