Everyone loves a cracker n dip. The difference is in the dip on most occasions. This is a healthy yogurt based dip on a simple salt cracker

Ingredients
  

  • Greek Yogurt - 100ml
  • Finely chopped onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Oregano/thyme/rosemary/Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt
  • Any cracker
  • Curved parley - 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except parsley and the cracker. Once mixed, place this in the refrigerator.
  • Place the crackers on a serving plate and add a small quantity of this dip on the cracker.
  • Garnish with parsley and grind some more pepper n herbs on top.
  • The tip is not to add the dip on the cracker too early before serving. This helps retain the crunchy bite of the cracker.
