About this Recipe

Evening Snacks!

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 Cup boiled corn
  • 100 gram Cashew
  • few mint leaves
  • 1 green bell pepper(capsicum)
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 5 black pepper seeds
  • 100 gram shredded paneer
  • 1 tbsp oil
How to cook?
  1. Make mint leaves and cashew paste.
  2. Chop onion, tomato and capsicum in very small cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add black pepper seeds, add onion and let it turn light brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and capsicum and cashew paste, let it simmer for 3 mins. Add salt and chilli according to taste.
  5. Add boiled corn and let it simmer for 2 mins. Serve hot
