  • Boil the corn.
  • Remove the water from corn.
  • Take very little oil in a pan.
  • Add corn and saute for one to two mins.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Take a large bowl add corn, potato, onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves and tamarind chutney and mix well.
  • Sprinkle red chilly powder, salt, chat masala, roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
  • Pour the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Garnish with zero number sev.
