Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn fresh
- 1/2 cup Potato boiled, diced
- 1/4 bowl Tomato diced
- 1/4 bowl Onion diced
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder roasted
- tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Sauce Imli Chutney
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Sev zero size
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped

Instructions
- Boil the corn.
- Remove the water from corn.
- Take very little oil in a pan.
- Add corn and saute for one to two mins.
- Switch off the gas.
- Take a large bowl add corn, potato, onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves and tamarind chutney and mix well.
- Sprinkle red chilly powder, salt, chat masala, roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Pour the lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with zero number sev.
