Ingredients
- 2 cup basmati rice
- Green peas frozen or fresh 1 cup
- Salt to taste or 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- 4 clove
- 2 black cardamom
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chili 1 tsp
- Fried cottage cheese 1 cup
- Corn kennels 1/2 cup
- Deshi ghee/clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour.
- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan or in a non stick pan add cumin,and all whole spices and crackle them.
- Now add peas,corn,paneer,salt and black pepper powder,stir 2 minutes ,add 1 glass of water,
- After a boil turn the heat sim cover and cook it.
- Serve hot with any type of raita or chutney ...
