Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon gingers chopped
- 1 green capsicum chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup sweet corn boiled
- 200 gm cottage cheese paneer diced
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
- Salt according to taste
- 6 chapatis or wrap

Instructions
- Prepare chapaties and keep a side or use ready made wraps
- Now heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger and green chillies and sauté for about a minute
- Now add capsicum and bell pepper sauté it for a minute. Add sweet corn, paneer and sauté it
- Now add salt, chat masala and coriander mix well and remove it from heat
- Now add lemon juice and tomato sauce to this mixture and mix well. Place 2 tablespoon of mixture on each wrap and make a roll
- Serve it with some dip or chutney.
Notes
Add lemon after removing the mixture from heat and while placing mixture on chapati make sure that the mixture should not contain water. If it is not dry it will make our wrap soggy …..
