About this recipe

Tangy mixture of corn, cheese ( paneer) and peppers. Wrapped in roti. Is so simple and tasty which can be served anytime..... And best for kids lunchbox....

Ingredients for Corn And Cheese Wrap

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon chopped gingers
  • 1 Green capsicum chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper chopped
  • 1 Cup sweet corn boiled
  • 200 gm cottage cheese ( paneer) diced
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon chat masala
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt according to taste
  • 6 chapaties or wrap

How to cook Corn And Cheese Wrap

  1. Prepare chapaties and keep a side or use ready made wraps
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger and green chillies and sauté for about a minute
  3. Now add capsicum and bell pepper sauté it for a minute. Add sweet corn, paneer and sauté it
  4. Now add salt, chat masala and coriander mix well and remove it from heat
  5. Now add lemon juice and tomato sauce to this mixture and mix well Place 2 Tablespoon of mixture on each wrap and make a roll
  6. Serve it with some dip or chutney.....

Notes

 Add lemon after removing the mixture from heat and while placing mixture on chapati make sure that the mixture should not contain water. If it is not dry it will make our wrap soggy .....
