Coriander peas rice is very healthy recipe for winter . You can give this rice to your kids in tifin .

Ingredients
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 3 -4 chilli
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup rice
- Oil for cooking
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- 2 cup water

Instructions
- For at take a grinder , add coriander and green chilli. Process both ingredients well by using little water and make a fine paste .
- Take a pan , add 1 tbsp oil , add cumin seeds and bay leaf . When seeds starts crackle add peas . Cook for 2 minutes. Now add coriander chilli paste . Cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add washed and drained rice. Add 2 cups water . Add salt as per taste. Cook until rice is done . Coriander peas pulao is ready . Serve hot .
Notes
You can use mint leaves also .
