Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut
- 2 cups Coconut Water
- 10 gm China Grass - 10 Gms china grass
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 glass Water
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 10 Cashews

Instructions
- Break the china grass into small pieces, soak it in hot water and boil. Keep aside.
- Grind both coconut and water in a mixer. Keep aside.
- Boil milk together with condensed milk and sugar.
- Add the milk and tender coconut paste to the china grass mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl, and let it cool.
- Cool the mixture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Garnish, the pudding with roasted cashews. Serve chilled

- Serve it chilled to enjoy it to fullest.
