Coconut sugar is also know as coconut palm sugar or only coco sugar. Coconut sugar comes in crystal, granule or liquid form. Coconut sugar is produced from the sap of flower buds of the coconut palm. Ingredients & Quantity
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Coconut sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Gelatin powder - 1/1/2 tsp
  • Chopped pear - 2 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. Soak the gelatin in Luke warm water. Put the cream, coconut milk and coconut sugar in non stick pan and boil it.
  2. Mix honey and vanilla essence, stir and switch off the flame. Mix gelatin, stir and mix well.
  3. Place the chopped pear into the bottom of glass then pour the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hour. Serve with some chopped pears. Enjoy!
