About this Recipe

This Tangy soup is easy to make and very different from normal tomato based soups.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1/2 Raw Mango
  • 1 Cup Coconut Grated
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • For seasoning : 2 dry red Chilli,1 tbs black mustard seeds , 2 tbsp oil.

How to cook?
  1. Cut Raw Mango into Small Pieces. Heat oil and add Seasoning .Add Raw Mango pieces and cook it for 2 mins till they become soft.
  2. Add grated Coconut and Cook for 2 mins.
  3. Take this mixture out of the wok and let it cool.Grind it and make a paste.
  4. Boil everything in coconut Milk, Coconut Kairi Soup is ready
