In winter Bengali people like to prepare different types of dessert. I got cardamom rice from #PrasukOrganic which rice has natural cardamom aroma. I made a batter with cardamom rice flour and milk. I made the fillings with grated coconut, jaggery, dry fruits and cardamom powder.

Ingredients
- 1/2 rice flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 dry fruits
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp pure ghee

- Make a batter with cardamom rice flour and milk. Make the fillings with grated coconut, dry fruits, jaggery and cardamom powder.
- Take a pan heat, brush with ghee, pour batter and bake for 2 minutes. Put the fillings and fold. Garnish with cashew nuts and cherry.
