In winter Bengali people like to prepare different types of dessert. I got cardamom rice from #PrasukOrganic which rice has natural cardamom aroma. I made a batter with cardamom rice flour and milk. I made the fillings with grated coconut, jaggery, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
