About this Recipe

Do you have a sugar tooth. Everytime going for \"halwai\" sweets for you and family may not be a right option. Now you can make one on your own with the hygiene and quality of your kitchen.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 200 ml of Condensed milk
  • 11/2 Cup dry grated coconut powder
  • Few drop of rose essence or 1 Tablespoon of rose syrup
  • 1 Fresh rose (optional if available)
  • 1 Tablespoon of finely chopped pista (Pistachio nut)
  • 1 Sheet butter paper
How to cook?
  1. In a bowl take coconut powder add condense milk to this and mix it well
  2. Now take another bowl and divide the mixture in two parts. Half in one bowl and rest half in another one
  3. In one bowl add rose essence or rose syrup and finely chopped rose petals and mix this nicely and keep aside as shown in picture
  4. Now take a butter paper sheet, spread it and spread the plain mixture of coconut and condense milk on this, form a thin layer a
  5. Now spread the mixture with rose essence and rose petals and form a layer of it as shown in picture
  6. Coconut Delight
  7. Now spread finely chopped pista in centre as shown below
  8. Now fold the butter paper sheet and form a roll kind of. Keep this roll in refrigerator for 2 hours or till serving

Notes
  • Make sure that coconut and milkmaid mixture is in a dough kind of consistency 
  • If you want more sweet you can add caster sugar to this according to your taste
