Instructions
- Take 1/4 cup Kalya cocoa powder

- Full fat cream 2/3 cup
- Coconut flakes 2 cups
- Take all the ingredients in seperate bowls.

- Add sugar to the boiling mixture. The flame should be high.
- Once the sugar and cream starts boiling; to it add kalya Cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients on sim(low flame) until they are combined properly.
- Once the ingredients are combined add 2 cups of coconut flakes and mix them on low flame for 30 secs.
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl and immediately start giving them desired shape.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and enjoy them.
- Take the remaining coconut flakes and cover the cocoa coconut rolls in it.
Recipe Notes
You can make it using dry fruits powder too. For that take 1 cup of coconut flakes and 1 cup of mixed dry fruits powder(I prefer using roasted cashews, almonds and walnuts).
You can garnish the rolls with nuts.
