Cocoa Cocunut Rolls Using Kalya Cocoa Powder.

Ingredients
- Kalya cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Sugar 2/3 Cup
- Full Fat cream fresh 2/3 Cup
- Coconut Flakes 2 cups
- 1/2 Cup coconut flakes for garnishing
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tspn completely optional. I dont like using it in this recipe.
Instructions
- Take 1/4 cup Kalya cocoa powder
- Take 2/3 cup sugar. I use granulated sugar.
- Full fat cream 2/3 cup
- Coconut flakes 2 cups
- Take all the ingredients in seperate bowls.
- Heat the full fat cream on high flame till it completely melts and start boiling(if using gas). You can microwave the cream on high for 2 mins or until it is melted completely and starts boiling. Donot forget to mix the cream after every 30 secs.
- Add sugar to the boiling mixture. The flame should be high.
- Once the sugar and cream starts boiling; to it add kalya Cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients on sim(low flame) until they are combined properly.
- Once the ingredients are combined add 2 cups of coconut flakes and mix them on low flame for 30 secs.
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl and immediately start giving them desired shape.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and enjoy them.
- Take the remaining coconut flakes and cover the cocoa coconut rolls in it.
