200gm all purpose flour

Apple cinnamon jalebi with ice cream ! Firstly make a batter - 2 cups maida ( all purpose flour ) , 1/4 cup curd and slight salt...add water and make a thick batter ( just the idli batter thickness )stir it well with u hand ad set it aside for 1hr
Now make the chachani ready..by adding suger cinnamon powder and saffron in water..boil and ready... Now pil the apple..and scoop off the middle part with potato piller...cut them round.
Take some maida in a plate add some cinnamon powder n mix it...and coat all the apples in it ..this will help to stick the batter on the apples. . Now dip them in batter..and deep fry it in oil or ghee..i used oil.
Like this to scoop the apple
Serve with ice cream and garnish with rose syrup
Eat it immediately or it turns soft.
