Jalebi! An all time favourite and adding apple to eat makes it yummier

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 200 gm all purpose flour
- Suger syrup
- Cinnamon powder
- Saffron
- Vanilla ice cream

- Apple cinnamon jalebi with ice cream ! Firstly make a batter - 2 cups maida ( all purpose flour ) , 1/4 cup curd and slight salt...add water and make a thick batter ( just the idli batter thickness )stir it well with u hand ad set it aside for 1hr
- Now make the chachani ready..by adding suger cinnamon powder and saffron in water..boil and ready... Now pil the apple..and scoop off the middle part with potato piller...cut them round.
- Take some maida in a plate add some cinnamon powder n mix it...and coat all the apples in it ..this will help to stick the batter on the apples. . Now dip them in batter..and deep fry it in oil or ghee..i used oil.
- Like this to scoop the apple
- Serve with ice cream and garnish with rose syrup
Notes
Eat it immediately or it turns soft.
