Bengalis are foody people. Now-a-days there are so many food companies that new generation don't bother to do any complicated recipe at home. They just order and get everything at home. If we do some traditional recipe and enjoy with our family that will be more enjoyable. Here I want to introduce such a recipe like chushi pithe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 1 litre cow milk
  • 50 gm coconut paste
  • 1 cup jaggery syrup
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 2 bay leaves

  • Boil 1 glass of water add slowly step by step rice flour. Mix we together to make a smooth dough. Divide into small bal sizes and give them tiny shape like rice.

  • Spread them in a plate for dry. Now Star boiling milk with bay leaves. Add the chushi and stir continuously they should not be stuck with each other.

  • Now add coconut paste, slowly it will be a thick. After then switch off the flame, add jaggery syrup and cardamom powder. Again mix together and give rest for ten minutes. Then it will ready to serve. This is called chushi pithe.
